As a candidate you should be clear and concise at your interview. To do this you must always prepare and rehearse your potential responses, there needs to be a detailed amount of research undertaken on the company before you are interviewed.
You will need to make the interviewer feel like you were born to fit in their company, whilst researching you can understand the values of the company and the current culture.
You must focus on what you believe makes that company the right company for you and you the right candidate for them. You will then come across with a clear desire and passion that you want to work in that business, not that you need a job and let them feel as if that is the reason.

Below are some tips to make an interview run smoothly:

• The candidate making the interviewer feel like they have wanted a job like the offered post
  
  
• The candidate having a positive and energising feeling about them
  
  
• The candidate understanding the details about the company and position
